[audio]IUMA: Fuse
Fuse is a bunch of guys who bonded together in 1997 to create something new out of the oozing remains of rock n' roll. Selecting their favorite aspects of multiple musical genres, like archaeologists seeking prize specimens. Fuse take the materials at hand and meld them into a fresh sound. The songs on "Organizm" the band's first full length cd are emotive, heavy experimental and confrontational dealing with life's craziness in this day and age...

[audio]IUMA: Fuse Box
From 1988 to 1992, American-born Mike Ciul wrote and recorded 4-track tapes with Robert Lowe in Harrogate, England. The duo, together with a number of part-time members, called themselves Fusebox. Although both musicians were dabbling in experimental techniques like feedback and tape-mangling, the output of Fusebox was consistently catchy and accessible.

[audio]IUMA: Fossil Fuse
First there was Tony. Then there was Jason. Then there was Andy. Then there was Tony and Jason. Then there was Tony and Jason and Andy. Then there was Fusion Fuse. This all happened in 1993. Now its today, sometime in 1994 and we have created a demo with some of our songs. We are all trying to figure out what life exactly is while systemmatically destroying those of us who find it impossible not to enter horse-jumping competitions...

Short Fuse Informational Brochure and Potential Screenplay The music stands on its own. Close your eyes and listen carefully to melodies and rhythms that go far beyond the usual musical fare. The repertoire includes both originals and cover songs. Beware! All of the cover songs have been rearranged (less boring, more fun) and will not sound "just like the record." The new CD should be ready around the end of September, 1998...

I began making music in 1996 after I bought my first mixer. Well, not really "music," but it was audible. Mostly feedback and static amplified. Then I found a tracker for my PC. Then I got a REAL four-track recorder. Then... years later... I started my IUMA web page.
